Victoria blames ex-husband Carmine Agnello. “I was awarded full ownership of marital property, and all I inherited was a house with millions of dollars’ worth of debt. This should finally put to rest all the government lies and rumors that I have $200 million buried in my back yard.”

Gotti also claims he left her almost a million dollars in debt after secretly getting a loan for $850,000. Agnello’s lawyers deny the claim.

The home was once assessed at $4.2 million and is now being listed on the market for $3.2 million. It is reportedly an eyesore these days.

Connie Culp, before and after photos of the United States first face transplant.

In 2004, Culp, a 46-year old woman from Ohio, was shot in the face by her husband. The malicious act severely disfigured her, she no longer had a nose, a palate or lower eyelids.

But in December 2008, a 22-hour surgery changed her life. Doctors replaced 80% of Culp's face with that of a dead woman's - and she is forever grateful.

She was released from the hospital in February and is now comfortable with going public.

She seemed shy as she told the crowd at a press conference, "Well, I guess I'm the one you came to see today."

She laughed but became serious as she spoke about being grateful to the family of the donor. She said, "I think it's more important that you focus on the donor family that made it so I could have this person's face."

John Travolta’s 16-year-old son, Jett, died Friday while the family vacationed in the Bahamas.

He had suffered a seizure and hit his head in the bathtub. He was taken to Rand Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

He had a history of seizures and was diagnosed with Kawasaki’s disease, an illness that leads to inflamed blood vessels in young children, when he was 2.

The L.A. Times has reported that Paris Hilton's home was broken into this morning.

The robber wore a hooded sweatshirt and gloves. He forced entry into her home through the front door and ransacked her bedroom. He got away with $2 million dollars in jewelry and other belongings.

Paris was not home at the time, but reportedly has surveillance equipment installed.

Paris recently boasted of her elaborate home saying, “The best thing I’ve ever bought with money is my house. Having a nightclub in your house really helps for having a party.”

After Khloe Kardashian posed naked for PETA many people called her out saying she was a hypocrite because she did, in fact, wear fur.

Khloe is hitting back at her critics, saying since joining up with the animal rights group she has changed her ways.

"As some of you might have seen today, there are several people who have taken to the web calling me a hypocrite and posting photos of me wearing fur.

The reason PETA approached me initially is because in my past I did wear fur and they wanted to educate me on the brutal ways in which animals are skinned for their pelts. After watching their video once, I was so horrified that I immediately swore off fur. The cruel treatment I saw had a great impact on me and I am deeply hurt that people are trying to criticize me for uneducated choices I made in my past that I now regret terribly.

I do know there are tons of photos where I am wearing fur pieces so this is to be expected, but I just wanted to let you know the real story behind my conscious decision and compassionate change of heart.

I have changed my ways and I hope that many other people will as well."

Mark Ruffalo's brother's death ruled a homicide

The LA County Coroner's Office says Ruffalo's death was not caused by Russian Roulette but was instead a homicide.

Shaha Mishaal Adham, a person of interest, was arrested but later released by police.

Both had been shot.

Mindy McCready Suicide Attempt

Country singer Mindy has been hospitalized after a botched suicide attempt.

The troubled singer attempted suicide back in 2005 by taking a large dose of pills and alcohol, leaving behind a 4-page suicide note.

She also suffered a breakdown last summer after her 1991 affair with Roger Clemens was discovered.

McCready, 33, was hospitalized this morning after another attempt to take her own life.

Paramedics were called by McCready’s roommate’s mother who said the star had called her and had caused her some concern.

She was taken to a Nashville hospital. She had reportedly slashed her wrists.

A Nashville police spokesperson stated,

“We responded to a ‘10-63,’ that’s a suicidal person call. Mindy McCready was at the house…We responded with paramedics, who took her to a local hospital.”

Lindsay Lohan Still Plans on Having 21st Birthday Bas

Although in rehab, Lindsay Lohan still plans on celebrating her 21st birthday at Pure in Las Vegas on July 2.

Svedka Vodka may even still sponsor the bash.

Lindsay’s New York-based lawyer friend Mike Heller, exclusively tells BWE.tv,

“There is a birthday party scheduled that she is contracted to do at Pure. It’s scheduled for July 2. That hasn’t changed. Nothing has been canceled as of now.”

In fact, the deal for Lindsay’s party was inked last December, Heller says.

Heller feels that Lindsay should be able to celebrate her birthday at a nightclub, even though she will just be leaving rehab.

“Just because you’re sober doesn’t mean you can’t go out and have fun. Part of sobriety is that you can go out into normal society and just go out. Who says you can’t move your boot on the dance floor?”

Paris Hilton to Jail While Nicole Richie Skates

Nicole Richie not only has the same DUI charge against her as Paris Hilton, she also is a repeat offender.

Yet Nicole still has a valid license and is driving the street of Hollywood having fender benders. According to TMZ, officials have no idea why the two cases are varying so much.

From TMZ:

"Paris was busted September 7, 2006 -- and around 5 months later, she had already lost her driving privileges and was later arrested for violating her probation for driving on the suspended license. Richie was busted for DUI on December 11, 2006 -- and almost 6 months later, she is not only still driving ... but the California DMV hasn't even begun to take action against her.

TMZ spoke with Deputy District Attorney Ed Greene, a prosecutor assigned to Nicole's DUI case, who admitted, "I am a little surprised too." However, Greene pointed out that until Richie is actually convicted of DUI, the decision to revoke or suspend her license is up to the folks at the California DMV. Greene added, "They generally do it quicker than this."

We contacted the California DMV to try and get some answers, and the rep said: "I have no idea why Nicole still has her license.'"

Star Magazine recently published this cover of Jennifer Aniston.

The cover story is about Jen possibly having a $5M deal on a tell-all about her years with Brad Pitt. Jennifer's publicist has denied the story, saying the allegations are just not true.

Which is probably the case being as the photo Star used for their cover was altered to suggest she was carrying a manuscript. And you know, it's Star Magazine.

Now Radar Online has uncovered the photos of Jennifer Aniston before they were doctored. Read for yourself..

"Seeing is believing, as Star magazine knows. That's why it illustrated its cover story about "Jen's $5 Million Tell-All!" with a shot of Jennifer Aniston carrying what is plainly the manuscript she's allegedly shopping around to publishers about her days with Brad Pitt.

But hang on—maybe Jen's not really writing a book? In which case, maybe Star's cover actually shows something else—say, Aniston attending an auction, holding an art catalog from Los Angeles Modern Auctions? And maybe Star simply airbrushed out the cover of the catalog, along with a pair of sunglasses she was holding, for good measure?

Yeah, that sounds more plausible. Especially coming from the company that brought you Andy Roddick's digitally enhanced pythons.

Asked about the manipulation, an AMI spokesperson said, "Every magazine in this category chooses cover photos that best describe the story."

As the story goes, Chris was 'bragging' to people online about how many hits his blog gets and so someone over at ONTD commented by saying that it's probably ONTD sending the traffic by mocking him.

Well, Chris didn't take that so well and responded with this on TWOP..

"Well, thanks for the hits, Mandee. Though I do have to point out that most days there isn't a Chris Sligh post, so I doubt that's absolutely true. I check it daily, believe me, I know. Also, I can tell where traffic is coming from, and though there are a few hits per day, the majority of hits do not come from that. Corey Haim and Corey Feldman will star in a new reality series called none other than, "The Two Coreys".

The former child stars, both 35, were the teenage heartthrobs of the 1980's.

Now the pair will be reuniting for a reality television show in which the two Corey's and Feldman's wife live together. The show premieres in just over a month.

Besides both being child stars, the two Corey's have battled with drug and alcohol addiction in the past.

Says Feldman of his friend, "It was my belief that he was kind of a young doe lost amongst the wildebeests, and that we might never hear from him again until he ended up on the news. So the fact he actually suited up and came to the table and got his act together blew me away."

Corey Haim says working with Feldman has been a joy and that the two have gotten close once again, but that sometimes it's not easy living with the Feldman's.

"He does everything with his wife. It's like, 'Cut the umbilical cord, man...' It's a little overboard for my tastes, but that's just me being the jealous friend. I love Susan. It's just that I hate the fact that she's changed him so drastically... for the better."

Paula Abdul and Publicist End Relationship on Sour Note

Paula Abdul recently told a group of publicists during a conference call that she had been treated unfairly by her publicist, Howard Bragman.

According to the New York Post, Bragman mysteriously stopped working for Abdul earlier this month.

Paula told the group, "I've never been treated this way and I've never seen anybody treated this way. This is just too much to stomach. All I've ever wanted in my life is to be treated fairly and be treated with kindness. The people who are supposed to take care of these things do not. I have to clean up after them everywhere they go. And I'm tired of it."

Paula also said that her former publicist called her a "whining bitch".

"I don't understand how this man can call me a whining bitch. I've never in my life been called a whining bitch and a loser."

She went on to state that Bragman said she was "too old" to do cover shoots, and that he wasn't there when she needed him.

"Howard Bragman, he did some disgusting behavior. I had to go to Jimmy Kimmel with no publicist there. I go on with no publicist there and I pay this man."

Paula went on to tell the publicists that she's "been going through a difficult time" and explained to them her medical problems with Addison's Disease.

California Alcohol Agency May Investigate Hollywood Club 'Les Deux' After Lohan Crash

California's Liquor Control Board is talking with the Beverly Hills Police Department to determine if Lindsay Lohan was served alcohol illegally the night of the crash.

According to TMZ, Lindsay partied at Les Deux hours before she crashed her Mercedes into a palm tree. The gossip website even has video of Lohan leaving the WeHo hotspot around 3:30 a.m., an hour-and-a-half after closing time.

Reps for Les Deux are saying that Lindsay did not drink at the establishment and never has.

TMZ also contacted California's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control spokesman John Carr who spoke with them and said that the agency will be reviewing witness reports to see if a formal investigation should come about. Another looming question they would like to have answered is if Lohan or or anyone else for that matter were served after hours. California's closing time is 2am.

Gee, do you think it took them long enough? Lindsay has been seen partying at Hollywood nightclubs for a few years now even though she doesn't turn 21 until July. I even remember seeing her sitting outside one place for lunch last year (was it The Ivy?) with a Corona in front of her.

Being a former bartender I have always been shocked and amazed at how underage celebrities are photographed arriving at, partying in, or exiting nightclubs. But as everyone knows, you get special treatment in Hollywood when you're a star. Especially when you are the 'it' girl.

I truly hope that the investigation goes down. We celebrity gossip bloggers have been complaining about this issue for years now and finally something is being done about it. Now I am not saying that Lindsay was in fact being served by Le Deux that night, but I promise you that it's happened before.

Photographs of Marilyn Monroe taken months before her death have gone on display at POP International Galleries in New York City.

'Life' photographer Lawrence Schiller took the pictures in May 1962 on the set of the film "Something's Got to Give."

Marilyn died three months later.

Schiller had photographed Marilyn at many points in her short life. But this photo shoot was Monroe's last.

The photos originally appeared in Life magazine, Paris Match and The London Times and other publications.

"She was a very lovable, huggable person," said Schiller, now 70.

"Marilyn was a great actress, not a dumb blond bombshell. She was very smart, very astute and a good businesswoman."

"She knew what to do," he said. "She took direction very well, but you didn't have to tell Marilyn how to pose."

"She was at a very, very good moment in her life," he said.

Schiller said he saw Marilyn to discuss a shoot for Playboy magazine on August 5th, the day she died.

"I was at her house the morning she died," he said. He added that the sex symbol seemed to be fine during his visit.

Miss USA Falls Onstage During 2007 Miss Universe Pageant

Miss USA Rachel Smith's strut down the catwalk to model her evening gown during the Miss Universe pageant didn't quite go as planned.

Smith slipped and fell on her rear during Monday night's Miss Universe pageant in Mexico City.

She was also seemingly booed during her interview by Hispanic audience members who were chanting "Mexico! Mexico!" until she spoke in Spanish, the Associated Press reports.

Smith's responsed with "Buenas noches Mexico. Muchas gracias!" , which earned her applause.

She finished fourth runner-up. Riyo Mori was named Miss Universe 2007.

Pageant co-owner Donald Trump said of Smith's ordeal, "Rachel has been a great Miss USA, and she's really a nice person, and I don't think they were booing Rachel, perhaps they were booing some policies of the United States, to be honest with you."

Lindsay Lohan Back in Rehab After Arrest

Lindsay Lohan has entered the notorious Promises rehabilitation center in Malibu after her weekend arrest.

It's been reported that Lindsay’s lawyer personally drove her there yesterday.

This would have been a busy week for Lohan as she was scheduled to do a photo shoot with OK Magazine tomorrow, and she was also set to begin filming 'Poor Things,' with Shirley Maclaine and Rosario Dawson, but that has been put on hold, and the photo shoot has been canceled.

Lohan's publicist told Access Hollywood, "Lindsay admitted herself to an intensive medical rehabilitation facility on Memorial Day. Because this is a medical matter, it is our hope that the press will appreciate the seriousness of the situation and respect the privacy of Lindsay as well as the other patients receiving treatment at the facility."

In case you had a long Memorial Weekend, Lindsay was arrested after an accident that occurred at approximately 5:30am Saturday.

After she crashed her Mercedes over a sidewalk and into some shrubs around the corner from the Beckham's new pad she fled the scene leaving her driver to remove the car. He parked it at a condominium complex and then took her to the hospital where she was later arrested. Police also impounded her car and upon searching the vehicle found some (surprise, surprise!) cocaine.

Lindsay was charged with DUI and may face additional felony charges.

Lindsay's night started with clubbing, and then moved on to a house party in the Hollywood Hills, and then another. And from what we hear, the house parties are always wild and almost always involve a ton of cocaine and whatever else you like to smoke, snort or swallow. Then Lindsay was on to the Mondrian Hotel where she attempted to get a room, but they were booked so she went home to her condo. She probably did more blow and then took off again to go pick up a friend.

After all of that you would think Lindsay would have chosen to stay home Sunday night. But no. She was out again, this time with Samantha Ronson, her rumored lesbian 'sometimes' lover. They went to a party at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. As the two were leaving they were photographed by paparazzi. Lohan was seen apparently passed out in the passenger seat.

Svedka Vodka was going to sponsor her 21st birthday in Las Vegas but have pulled out following Lindsay's arrest.

Hellooo Smackaholics!

Spicy is back from her extra long Memorial Day weekend party fest. I hope everyone had a wild but safe weekend. We had a blast. We got some sun, met some crazy bitches (love ya S,S,S & H!), got some mosquito bites and drank a ton of margaritas.
The drive home was gorgeous and I am finally unpacked and settled back in. Time to get some updates going, you feeners.
